29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure. a. Located at 1930 Morning Song Road in Marysville, Ohio: On or about February 12, 2020, employees were performing framing work from the third floor exposed to approximately twenty foot fall hazards while working at the unprotected exterior sides and edges. b. Located at 1930 Morning Song Road in Marysville, Ohio: On or about February 12, 2020, employees were performing framing work from the second floor exposed to approximately ten foot fall hazards while working without fall protection at exterior walkways and door openings. Daniel Larios was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1441180, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/31/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1880 Welsh Place, Marysville, Ohio. Jose Daniel Larios Arita, DBA HOUSES BUILDING COPAN LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1406451, citation number 1, item number 7 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/07/2019, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 11956, 92 Solstic, Delaware, Ohio.
