29 CFR 1926.300(b)(1): Power operated tool(s), designed to accommodate guards, were not equipped with such guards when in use: (a) On or about 02/27/2020 - 8202 Nantucket Circle, Owens Cross Roads, AL, employees were operating a 14-inch DeWalt chop saw to cut brick with the guard wired in the up position. A&E Masonry, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.300(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1240073, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/11/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 68 Summerlyn Way, Owens Cross Roads, AL.
