29 CFR 1926.416(b)(2): Working spaces, walkways, and similar locations were not kept clear of cords which created a hazard to employees: (a) On or about February 6, 2020 and at times prior, for the employee exposed to electrical shock hazards associated with temporary electrical wiring hanging down to a height of 62 inches and directly behind a miter saw work station at or near 224 Second Avenue West in Ray, North Dakota.
