29 CFR 1910.25(c)(2): The employer did not ensure standard stairs have a maximum riser height of 9.5 inches (24 cm): a. On or about 12/12/2019, at the fabrication area loading door platform, employees were exposed to a fall hazard when gaining access to the platform, in that, two mobile stair ways were permanently installed at the ends of the platform for access which were in disrepair and bent and had uneven stair risers with a maximum riser height of 12.5 inches high.
