29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirements of this standard were being followed: a) Job site, 33 McGovern Road, Crescent, PA: On or about November 22, 2019, the employer did not ensure that an annual audit of their energy control program had been done in order to ensure that appropriate lockout/tagout safety practices were being followed and that the precepts of the OSHA regulatory requirements were being met.
