29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): At the residential construction site located at 4514 NE 67th Ter, KC MO -- Employees were exposed to fall hazards. Framers were observed installing materials and working at height. Framers were exposed to a fall distance of greater than 11 feet to the ground without use of fall protection. Ron Nelson Framing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection numbers 1387430, citation numbers 2, item numbers 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/01/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 4500 NE 67th Ter, KC MO. Ron Nelson Framing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1148918, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/15/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 4222 NE 67th Ter, KC MO.
