29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: 22 Willow Street, Chelsea, MA 02150 On or about 10/29/19, an employee responsible for managing chemicals used in the laundering process was not trained on the hazards of the chemicals in employee worked with, including, but not limited to Actovate Plus. Wash Cycle Laundry was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1), which was contained in OSHA Inspection 1272924, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on April 10, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 3600 Sansom Street, Philadelphia, PA 19102.
