29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a. At 1489 Wetherington Way, Dunedin Florida, on or about August 28, 2019, employees were exposed to a fire or skin irritation hazard while using gasoline, chain saw oil and grease during tree trimming without training and education on the using hazardous chemicals at the workplace.
