29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): The employer had not provided employees with effective information and training, to include pictograms, on hazardous chemicals in their work area as specified in the Revised 2012 Hazard Communication Standard. WORKSHOP: The employees required to work with chemicals, such as (but not limited to) oxygen and acetylene welding gases were not provided with information and training on the chemical hazard communication. Finocchio Brothers Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard, 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1) standard 29CFR 1910.1200(h)(1), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1068958.2015, Citation Number 2, Item Number 3, issued on 09/21/2015 with respect to a workplace located at 49 Liberty Place, Stamford, CT 06902 and became a final order on 10/14/2015.
