29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) West wall Break Room Building #26: The electric cord for the Bunn Pour-Omatic Coffee Machine had the outer jacket separating from the plug-end exposing the three insulated wires underneath. b) West wall of Paint Shed: A 120 volt lighting cord plugged into the relocatable power tap, had the outer jacket separating from the plug-end exposing the three insulated wires underneath. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED
