29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall or come against, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: a) 6th and 7th floor stairway- Employees were pouring concrete and were exposed to impalement by uncapped rebar; on or about 4/1/19. 2nd Repeat: Europa Associates Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.701(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1100190, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/15/2015, with respect to a workplace located at Southeast Corner of Broadway & 14th Street Bayonne, NJ 07002. 1st Repeat: Europa Associates Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.701(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 972790, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/06/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 1040 JFK Boulevard, Bayonne, NJ 07002.
