29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: On or about May 6, 2019 and times prior, the employer used flexible cords in the place of fixed wiring in the following areas: - a. On the eastern side of the warehouse/workroom, extension cord from the bleach rebottling area into the Dayton heater and into the chemical tank area for the standing fans. b. On the northeast wall by the overhead door for the Dayton heater mounted on the wall. c. On the south east side by the Marion Mixer, flexible and extension cords for wall fan, sewing machine, Dayton heater, and standing fans.
