29 CFR 1910.266(i)(11): The employer did not hold safety and health meetings as necessary and at least each month for each employee: a) At the logging site - On or about November 28, 2018, employees exposed to struck-by hazards. The employer did not assure that each employee was present in every safety and health meeting. The truck drivers never attended any safety and health meetings.
