29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a.) Champion Modular, Inc., Various production areas, on or about November 20th, 2018 and times prior thereto: The employer did not provide effective hazard communication training for all employees working with and around hazardous substances including, but not limited to, Miracle Foam Seal F2100A (Isocyanates), Foamseal Miracle Big Bond (Isocyanates), Proform FasTrack 20 & 45 (respirable dust), combustible/explosive dust, liquid nails, kerosene, carbon monoxide, and wood dust.
