Dowa THT America, Inc. located in Bowling Green, OH: On or about November 13, 2018, the employer did not ensure a 55 gallon drum of a category 3 flammable liquid, Daphine Oil Coat RL 55-NB, located adjacent to the oil dipping machine in the repack area, was properly grounded as it was being dispensed into the equipment.
