29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a) Throughout the establishment: The employer did not provide training specific to the hazards of chemicals used at the establishment to all employees working with hazardous chemicals. Employees were exposed to hazardous substances such as, but not limited to, AlbaChem PSR, pentane, Zeofree 5162, and Methylal Pure Grade. Dixon Investments dba ARI, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1064288, citation number 1, item number 8b and was affirmed as a final order on September 28, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 2523 S. McDonough Road, Orchard, Hill, Georgia.
