29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1)(i): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards likely to cause death or serious physical harm, in that the employer did not ensure that the electrical equipment had listing or labeling identifying the purpose for which it was to be used. On 7/5/18, electrical receptacle boxes used at the facility were not used in accordance with the listing and labeling of that equipment. i.e. electrical equipment intended for wall mounting was used for other purposes throughout the facility.
