29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501. a. On or about June 25, 2018, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, seventeen (17') feet, seven (7") inches, above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards. Less Estimate Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1260048, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 11, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1852 - 1856 Goodwin, Palatine, IL. Less Estimate Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1083312, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on January 8, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 620 Brita Trail, Minooka, IL.
