29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment: a) Double Feeder NS:1330713 - On or about June 7, 2018, and at times prior to, employer did not perform a hazard assessment to ensure that the personal protective equipment employees were using was adequate for the hazards of machine operation. Employees were exposed to burn hazards.
