29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: a) Engine Room 1, Engine Room 3; On or about June 12, 2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards in that fans, lights, and compressors were plugged into flexible cords rather than a fixed wired outlet. b) Chemical Room; On or about June 12, 2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards in that sensors were plugged into an extension cord rather than a fixed wired outlet.
