29 CFR 1910.176(b): Storage of material created a hazard: a) Worksite: Materials such as, but not limited to, boxes and kayaks, were stored such that they were leaning to the side over racking systems, exposing employees to being struck by falling loads; on or about 6/11/18. Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19. K MART CORPORATION was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.176(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 963242, citation number 2, item number 1 issued on 8/29/2014 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/16/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 1320 East Grandview Blvd. in Erie, PA.
