29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. a) Front of Building: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15 feet while working on a scaffold that did not have guard rails installed, on or about 4-23-18. Rafa Construction Stucco LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1084113, citation number 01, item number 004 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/13/16, with respect to a workplace located at 506 Riverside Avenue, Rutherford, NJ.
