29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which described how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) would be met: a) Fabrication Shop: The employer did not develop and implement a written hazard communication program for the chemicals used at the facility, such as, but not limited to, Extreme Adhesive PVC Trimwelder Nail Sticks, Extreme Adhesives PVC Trimwelder the Laminator and Christy's Vinyl Adhesive, on or about 4/3/18. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
