29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks were not examined before being placed in service: On or about February 22, 2018, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when motorized pallet jacks and motorized riding pallet jacks used to store/retrieve product were not inspected on each shift before being placed into service. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
