29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access: a) Building Exterior Southeast Side: Employees engaged in roofing work on a three story residential structure, were working from a 35 foot aluminum ladder that did not extend at least 3 feet above the upper landing surface, on or about, 12/11/2017 Jersey Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1130473, citation number 1 item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on (4/8/16), with respect to a workplace located at 94 Echo Place Elmwood Park NJ 07407.
