29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(iv): The Exposure Control Plan was not reviewed and updated at least annually: (a) Funeral Home - A review of the employer's written Exposure Control Plan (ECP), on or about December 17, 2017 indicated that the plan, which employees having occupational exposure were covered by, listed November 16, 2010 as its last review date. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
