29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail and one stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge: (a) 44 N 3rd St, Philadelphia, Unit 9 - On or about 11/30/2017, stairways between the basement and 1st floor were not equipped with handrails or stairrails, exposing employees utilizing the stairways to a fall hazard of approximately 12 ft. (b) 44 N 3rd St, Philadelphia, Unit 9 - On or about 11/30/2017, stairways between the 1st floor and 2nd floor were not equipped with handrails or stairrails, exposing employees utilizing the stairways to a fall hazard of approximately 12 ft. (c) 44 N 3rd St, Philadelphia, Unit 9 - On or about 11/30/2017, stairways between the 2nd floor and 3rd floor were not equipped with handrails or stairrails, exposing employees utilizing the stairways to a fall hazard of approximately 12 ft. (d) 44 N 3rd St, Philadelphia, Unit 9 - On or about 11/30/2017, stairways between the 3rd floor and 4th floor were not equipped with handrails or stairrails, exposing employees utilizing the stairways to a fall hazard of approximately 12 ft.
