29 CFR 1910.159(c)(10): The minimum vertical clearance of 18 inches between automatic sprinkler systems sprinklers and the material below was not maintained: Location: 74 Lowland Street, Holliston, MA, warehouse On or about September 27, 2017, the employer exposed employees to life safety hazards due to not maintaining the minimum 18-inches of clearance between the automatic sprinkler system and the pallet of materials stored on the top rack.
