29 CFR 1926.502(d)(15): Anchorage points used for attachment of personal fall arrest equipment were not capable of supporting at least 5,000 pounds (22.2 kN) per employee attached: a) On or about September 14, 2017, an employee performing roofing operations in a hoist area had the personal fall arrest system secured to an abandoned pipe on the roof, the anchor point used would not support at least 5,000 pounds.
