29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose: In the following locations, electrical equipment was not provided with covers: A. Forge Floor, Forge Press #44: On, or about, August 10, 2017, an electrical junction box mounted on the front of the press, above the foot pedal, was not provided with a cover. B. Forge Floor, Forge Press #44: On, or about, August 10, 2017, the electrical control box mounted on the cross conveyor between the forge press and the trim press was not provided with a cover. C. Forge Floor, Forge Press #51: On, or about, September 20, 2017, the cover was not secured in place on the conduit mounted junction box provided on the front of the press.
