29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv): The details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, did not include an explanation of the safety data sheet, including the order of information and how employee could obtain and use the appropriate hazard information: a) Plant - Employees working with Sun Chemical and AccuBond were not trained on how to read an SDS, including the order of information, on or about July 15th, 2017. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
