29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: a) Roaster/Boom Level: On or about July 12, 2017 and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to slip, trip and fall hazards, in that access to the Rhino electrical panel box was blocked and had no clear path exposing employees to slip, trip and fall hazards and electrical shock hazards while accessing the circuit breakers.
