Text For Citation: 02 Item/Group: 003 Hazard:
29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on scaffolds more than 10 feet high were not protected from falling to the lower level: a) 110 Main Street, East Brunswick, NJ 08816. Employees were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 10 foot, 7 inches from the walking/working platform to the ground below while doing exterior stucco work with no fall protection systems in place, i.e. guardrails installed along open side and ends of walking/working platforms. Occurred on 05/07/17. Three Brothers Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1159861, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/19/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 20 Hummingbird Court, Mahwah, NJ 07430.
