29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i. On or about March 21, 2017, and at times prior thereto, employees in the manufacturing area were exposed to struck-by hazards while blowing off equipment with compressed air without reducing the pressure to less than 30 p.s.i. DIMENSIONAL MACHINE WORKS, LLC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.242(b), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 982138 CITATION NUMBER 2, ITEM NUMBER 4 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 8/26/2014, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 6930 SAN ANTONIO ST, HOUSTON, TEXAS 77040.
