29 CFR 1926.651(i)(3): Sidewalks, pavements, or appurtenant structures had been undermined and a support system or another method was not provided to protect employees from the possible collapse of such structures. On or about March 10, 2017 at 2910 North Druid Hills Roads, Atlanta, Georgia: an employee working in an unprotected trench approximately 21 feet deep, was exposed to a cave in hazard from the unsupported sidewalk and parking lot.
