29 CFR 1926.451(f)(3): Scaffolds and scaffold components were not inspected for visible defects by a competent person before each work shift, and after any occurrence which could affect a scaffold's structural integrity: a) 150 Forest Road, Staten Island, NY 10304. Employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 13 feet, 6 inches when the scaffold when the scaffold had not been inspected for visible defects, i.e. not fully planked, missing guardrails etc. by a Competent Person before each shift which could affect the scaffolds structural integrity. Occurred on 03/03/17. Exterior Stucco Systems Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1140904, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/09/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 9 Leona Street, Staten Island, NY 10314.
