29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) Break Room: Employees were exposed to fire hazard as they used a microwave, toaster and coffee maker all connected to one "Relocatable Power Tap", on or about 3/13/17. There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item. The U.S. Postal Service was previously cited REPEAT for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1068378, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 2/5/16, with respect to a workplace located at 401 4th St. NW, Attalla, AL.
