29 CFR 1910.266(i)(3)(iii): Training content did not consist of the recognition of safety and health hazards associated with the employee's specific work tasks, including the use of measures and work practices to prevent or control those hazards: Worksite at 49620 S. 490 Rd. Jay, OK 74346. On or about November 28, 2016, the employer failed to provide training to employees on safe use and operation of machines, as well as safe work areas for employees during yarding operations, exposing employees to struck-by hazards from falling trees.
