29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step: a) Third Floor: Two Pyramid HVAC LLC employees were exposed to fall hazard of approximately 30 feet while using the top step of a Werner "A" Frame ladder to gain access to a roof, on or about 11/23/2016. The C&C Construction Management, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 417443, citation number 1, item number 3b and was affirmed as a final order on 10/17/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 6818 Delilah Road, Egg Harbor Township, NJ 08234.
