29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed. a). Shop Area - On or about and times prior to November 2, 2016, there was one unused opening inside Panel 2 electrical breaker box that was not effectively closed, thus exposing employees to a fire and electrical hazard. Kevin Brake dba Goose Creek Cabinets was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1075773, citation number 1, item number 7 and was affirmed as a final order on January 14, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 4111 Savannah Highway, Jesup, GA 31545.
