29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that Safety Data Sheets were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s) On or about August 25, 2016, and at time prior thereto, at this plastic manufacturing plant, employees engaged and operating in spray booth, cleaning the plastic products, loading coating agents into supply systems and working with and around hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to, oxidizer (compressed Oxygen), compressed gases such as Acetylene and Argon, Acetone, Corrosive Adhesives, Organic-Based Paints, Thinners, Spirits, Solvents, Clear Coats, Primers and Alcohols. The employer had not made available the Safety Data Sheets to his employees involved on chemicals used at this site on a daily basis.
