29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose: a) On or about 08/05/16, in the security room area, two (2) receptacle boxes were not covered or closed. b) On or about 08/05/16, in the conference room area, a receptacle box was not covered or closed. PLEASE NOTE: DOCUMENTATION AND CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION. The Food Center Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 965656, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 10/14/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 26 & 27 Frydenhoj, St Thomas, VI 00802.
