29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): The distance between the abrasive wheel periphery(s) and the adjustable tongue or the end of the safety guard peripheral member at the top exceeded one fourth inch: a) 2621 Freddy Lane in Vineland, NJ, 08360- Maintenance Area: Tongue guards on a Dayton pedestal grinder, model 4Z908, HP ½, 115V, &.8 Amp, 50/60 Hz, 3450 RPM were adjusted to approximately 1/2 inch, observed on or about 8/10/16. NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASE FILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
