29 CFR 1910.305(a)(1)(i): Metal raceways, cable armor, and other metal enclosures for conductors were not connected to all boxes, fittings, and cabinets to provide effective electrical continuity. On or about 8/4/16 at the outside conveyor belt; the employer allowed employees to operate the conveyor electrical control box and the fittings and conduit were torn away from the bottom of the box; thus exposing employees to a break in electrical continuity.
