29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: (a) Para Acetic Acid room - On or about July 12, 2016 in the PAA room, a black flexible cord was extending out of the end of a rigid metal conduct with a cord receptacle on the end. A flexible yellow extension cord was used between the black flexible cord to supply electric power to the PAA pump system. Tyson Foods, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 992947, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 12/16/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 250 Tyson Road in Buena Vista, Georgia.
