29 CFR 1910.134(d)(2)(iii): When the atmosphere was oxygen deficient, it was not considered to be IDLH. a) On March 29, 2016, the oxygen level was measured at 19.3% in the Roll Dicing Area near the employee cutting station. b) On March 29, 2016, the oxygen level was measured at 19.3% in the Roll Dicing Area at the start of the nitrogen freezer. c) On March 29, 2016, the oxygen level was measured at 18.7% in the Roll Dicing Area near the middle of the conveyor line. d) On April 18, 2016, the oxygen level was measured at 17.2% in the Dicing Area at the bottom of the stairs leading to the HACCP area.
