29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: a. Band area, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard, in that, a three plug yellow extension cord was used to provide power to a work bench, on or about 03/08/2016. b. Maintenance shop, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard, in that, a yellow extension cord was used to provide power near the water cooler, on or about 03/08/2016. c. Fabrication area shop storage room, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard, in that, a red extension cord was used to provide power to a heating lamp, on or about 03/08/2016. d. Fabrication area, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard, in that, a yellow extension cord was used to provide power to a work station, on or about 03/08/2016. e. Gasket storage area, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard, in that, a red extension cord was used to provide power to a work station, on or about 03/08/2016. f.
