29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees: a) On or about 1/20/2016, Blending Area: Employees that were required to perform lock out operations had not been provided training regarding proper use and application of lock out equipment. Abatement documentation is required for this item. The Raymond Hadley Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.147(c)(7)(i) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 962561, citation number 1, item number 6b, and was affirmed as a final order on 4/25/2104, with respect to a workplace located at 89 Tompkins Street, Spencer, NY.
