29 CFR 1926.451(f)(7): Scaffolds were not erected, moved, dismantled, or altered, by trained and experienced employees under the supervision and direction of a competent person qualified in scaffold erection, moving, dismantling or alteration: a. At the jobsite, the carpenter's bracket type scaffold used by an employee was erected without the supervision or direction of a competent person, exposing the employee to a 21 foot fall hazard, on or about 8/26/2015. FLG Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(f)(7), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 950375, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/14/2014, with respect to a workplace located at Post SOHO Square, 720 S Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33607.
