29 CFR 1910.151(b): There was neither an infirmary, clinic, or hospital used for the treatment of all injured employees in near proximity to the workplace nor a person or persons adequately trained to render first aid: On or about August 10, 2015, employees were exposed to struck-by and amputation hazards when working with grounds maintenance equipment. Arrangements were not made with emergency response personnel who would be expected to respond. Emergency response personnel could not locate the employee after the accident. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
